New Weight Loss Discovery
Weight Loss is a real health issue with so many people today, and there's just so much conflicting information that it's no wonder people don't know what to do or which plan to follow.
Some plans suggest eating only low fat foods, and others eating only low-carb.
Many used to think that losing weight is just a matter of cutting a meal or two out, but recent research shows that eating more meals a day is better.
Some say simply exercising more is the key, while others say just make some changes in diet or add some pills to help lose weight.
Exercise using weights or aerobics?
Even with changes to diet and exercise routines, some are struggling with weight loss. Research is now showing why.
Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst has studied this field extensively, and has now released a report showing that many of the typical foods we eat cause problems in our digestive tract that makes losing weight a losing battle for many people.
We now know that plaque deposits and parasites in the gut are two problems that complicate the issue of weight loss for many people.
The research also is showing that once these stomach and colon issues are resolved, weight loss becomes much easier to deal with.
By looking at this new research, we can understand why the miraculous diet pill will just never work.
We still need to watch what we eat, especially when it comes to certain starchy foods.
And yes, we do need to do a moderate amount of exercise each day, as well.
These exercise and food choices won't be effective, however, till we deal with any digestive issues as discussed above.
